The & Wheel lan covers repair or, if non-reparable replacement of each tire and/or wheel on your vehicle due to damage from a road nazard.

The Tire & Wheel Plan with Cosmetic Repar covers the tires, wheels and appearance of wheels damaged by a road hazard. Coverage includes the repale of abrasions scuffs, scratches or screpes to wheels that are caused by a road hazard.

The repair or replacarment of a tire also includes the following as applicable mounting, balancing, wheel weights, valve stems, patches/patch plugs and taxes required to complete a covered repair.

PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR

Your Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) covers minor dents and dings up to four (4) inches in diameter that can be fully repaired using PDR methods. Our non-invasive process does not compromise your vehicle's factory finish.

KEY REPAIR & REPLACEMENT

Repar or replacement of vehicle kevis)/remote(s) lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, including any applicable programming. Covitrage is limited to up to 5800 per covered repair or replacement and one key/remote replacement every 12 months.

We will reimburse you up to $250 per covered repair or repacement to replece other non-programmable keys) lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.

WINDSHIELD REPAIR

Blue Ribbon Vehicle Service Contracts

Our vehicle protection plan provides you peace of mind knowing you're protected against certain costly repairs and includes additional valuable benefits with coverage throughout the United States and Canada such as:

SUBSTITUTE TRANSPORTATION

We will reimburse you up to $35 per day, for a maximum of 7 days per occurrence, for expenses incurred to rent a substitute vehicle from a licensed rental car agency or for public or private commercial transportation while the vehicle is undergoing a covered repair.

TOWING ALLOWANCE

You will be reimbursed up to $100 if your covered vehicle needs to be towed due to a mechanical breakdown. Towing coverage is limited to one occurrence per disablement. No deductible will apply to this benefit. To arrange for towing service, ask your repair facility for assistance or call a local tow service provider.

ROAD SERVICE ALLOWANCE

You receive reimbursement of up to $100 (in excess of any amount covered by the manufacturer's warranty) per disablement for road services related to vehicle disablement such as running out of gas, being locked out or tire repair.

TRIP INTERRUPTION

We will reimburse you for meals and lodging expenses for up to $100 per day for a maximum of 3 days when your vehicle is undergoing a covered repair due to a mechanical breakdown occurring more than 100 miles from your home address.

OUR PLATINUM LEVEL OF COVERAGE PROVIDES OUR MOST EXTENSIVE COVERAGE ON NEW AND PRE-OWNED VEHICLES.

VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACT LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS

Coverage is subject to deductibles, limits and exclusions. The contract covers repairs only of covered parts and only when They suffer a breakdown as defined in the contract. Under some circumstances, a breakdown of a covered part may not be covered (for example, failure due to misuse or lack of proper maintenance or when a non-covered part is what caused the covered part to fall) Also, the exclusions contain a list of parts not covered, some of which may be associated with a covered part (for example, brake drums, pads and rotors, exhaust pipes, mufflers and catalytic converters, and body and trim items). Please see the service contract for details.

Volvo Increased Protection Service Contracts: Under Powertrain and Gold coverages, any part that is not specifically listed as covered under the coverage selected is excluded. Under Platinum coverage, exclusions include, but are not limited to: brake shoes, brake drums and rotors, disc brake pads, all manually operated clutch components including the clutch friction disc, pressure plate, pilot bearing, throw-out bearing and arm, air bags, solar powered devices, glass, lenses, body parts and/or panels, weather stripping, trim, moldings, tires, wheels, all batteries except hybrid/EV/ hydrogen high voltage batteries as listed under Gold, light bulbs, upholstery, paint, bright metal, freeze plugs, filters unless required in conjunction with a mechanical breakdown, heater and radiator hoses, exhaust system, catalytic converter, shock absorbers, front-end alignment or wheel balancing except when required in conjunction with a mechanical breakdown, safety restraint systems, audio/security or other systems not factory installed, and vinyl or convertible tops.

This optional Volvo Increased Protection Service Contract will not pay or reimburse for mechanical breakdowns caused by misuse, abuse, negligence including the negligence of any repair facility, improper towing, lack of maintenance of the failed covered part, contamination, continued operation with an overheat condition, lack of coolant or lubricants, incorrect oil viscosity, sludge, restricted oil flow, salt, rust and rust damage, environmental damage, or chemicals.

No payment or reimbursement will be provided for the correction of oil consumption, repair of worn rings, or any repairs for reduction in engine efficiency when a mechanical breakdown has not occurred. All repairs or replacements made at authorized Volvo dealerships or other repair facilities shall be made using only Volvo genuine new or Volvo remanufactured parts.

The product being offered is a Volvo Increased Protection Service Contract and is separate and distinct from any product or service warranty which may be provided by the manufacturer, importer, or seller.
